Located at Mining Area C, this position is offered on a FIFO 2 weeks on 2 weeks off day & night shift roster.

About the Role
Reporting to the Superintendent Ancillary Maintenance, you will be responsible for the support of the Mobile Equipment Maintenance Leadership Team and the safe execution of maintenance activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Shift Supervisor to allow them to spend more quality time in the field
- Liaise with the Execution, Planning and Analysis and Improvement Teams to ensure compliance to the weekly schedule
- Knowledge of 1SAP processes to drive performance and compliance across work groups
- Coordinate forward planning (>3 week horizon) for supervisors. This includes organising materials, supporting tool, supporting equipment and resources on an as needed basis;
- Ensuring competencies are updated and identify competency gaps in the crews for planning horizon;
- Process work order reschedules in SAP & Manage supply inventory and follow up (source part orders, stock transfer, return to warehouse etc);
- Continue to identify opportunities to improve the performance of people, processes and systems.
About You
Your success will be heavily influenced by your strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, coupled with your ability to identify and raise issues, find solutions in complex situations, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills include:
- Computer literacy and/or experience in 1SAP;
- Previous supervisory, project management experience is preferable;
- Have solid organisation and prioritisation skills including time management;
- Contractor onboarding and management experience
- Demonstrate managing multiple conflicting priorities and strong decision-making skills to achieve the best outcome for crews and production.
